1. Membership Joining Process 

To ensure meaningful engagement and alignment with the StartupVapi Community, all prospective 

members must complete the following onboarding steps: 

I. Event Participation 

Applicants must attend a minimum of two (2) StartupVapi community events to gain an understanding of the community’s ecosystem, culture, and objectives. 

II. Orientation Session 

Completion of the official StartupVapi Orientation Session, designed to introduce community values, expectations, guidelines, and opportunities. 

III. One-on-One Alignment Discussion 

Participation in a one-on-one alignment meeting with the StartupVapi Core Team to ensure mutual 

alignment of goals, values, and level of involvement. 

IV. Membership Fee Payment 

Successful completion of the membership fee payment as prescribed by the community. 

Membership will be considered active only after completion of all the above requirements. 

 

2. Membership Benefits 

Registered members of the StartupVapi Community are entitled to the following benefits: 

I. Access to Founder Circles & Networking 

Opportunities to connect with founders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and ecosystem enablers through curated networking sessions. 

II. Investor Connect & Pitch Opportunities 

Eligibility to participate in investor interactions, pitch sessions, and startup showcase opportunities facilitated by StartupVapi. 

III. Workshops, Mentoring & Exclusive Events 

Access to skill-building workshops, mentorship programs, knowledge sessions, and member-only events focused on personal and professional growth. 

 

3. Membership Renewal Policy 

Membership renewal is reviewed annually and is based on the member’s level of engagement and 

contribution to the community. The following parameters are considered during the renewal assessment: 

I. Event Attendance – Consistent participation in StartupVapi events 

II. Community Contribution – Value addition through collaboration, knowledge sharing, or initiatives 

III. Support to Fellow Members – Willingness to assist and uplift other community members 

IV. Active Participation – Engagement in discussions, programs, and activities 

V. Involvement in Flagship Initiatives – Contribution to key StartupVapi programs and initiatives 

The StartupVapi Core Team reserves the right to approve or decline membership renewal based on the overall assessment. 

 

4. Membership Tenure & Renewal Protocol 

I. Tenure Validity 

Membership shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the month of fee payment. 

II. Primary Grace Period 

Upon expiration, a Grace Period of thirty (30) days shall be provided for renewal without penalty. 

III. Penalty Application Structure 

• If renewal is not completed within the first 30-day grace period, a penalty fee of INR __ shall be applicable along with the renewal fee during the second month. 
• If renewal remains pending after the second 30-day period, a penalty fee of INR __ shall be applicable along with the renewal fee during the third month. 

IV. Membership Deactivation 

Failure to renew within a total period of ninety (90) days from the date of expiry shall result in automatic 

deactivation of membership. App access and participation in community events shall be discontinued thereafter. 

V.  Re-Enrollment Post Deactivation 

      Members seeking to rejoin after deactivation must: 

• Re-register as a New Member, and 
• Pay the applicable membership fee. 
• Undergo review by the Founder or Core Team. 

The Founder/Core Team reserves the right to approve re-enrollment or impose a cooling period prior to acceptance. 

5. Evaluation, Conduct & Disciplinary Measures 

Performance Review Authority 

The Founder or Core Team reserves full authority to review participation and contribution levels of any paid member, unpaid member, or volunteer at any time, especially during renewal assessments. 

 Conduct & Ethical Compliance 

Any form of: 

• Moral misconduct, 
• Serious complaints by fellow members, or 
• Behaviour damaging to the dignity, reputation, or operational integrity of StartupVapi 

May result in immediate termination of membership without any fee refund, at the sole discretion of the 

Founder or Core Team. 

StartupVapi Community is committed to building a collaborative, value-driven, and impact-oriented 

ecosystem. Membership is a privilege extended to individuals who actively contribute to the growth, 

strength, and values of the community. 

 

6. Community Interaction Disclaimer 

I. Members of the community may independently collaborate, partner, pursue business or investment interests, or engage at a personal level with other members. All such interactions are voluntary and undertaken solely at the member’s discretion and risk. The Community does not endorse, mediate, supervise, or guarantee any such engagements or outcomes. 

II. The Community shall not be held responsible for the personal, ethical, moral, or professional conduct of any member at any time, including before, during, or after community events or activities. Members are solely accountable for their own behavior and decisions.
