StartupVapi Community is a not-for-profit, sustainability-focused organization. Membership fees are 

collected annually to support community operations, programs, and long-term initiatives for the benefit 

of its members and supporting startup ecosystem. 

1. Membership Fee Utilization 

I. The annual membership fee provides members with access to all StartupVapi events conducted during the membership year (up to 24 events). 

II. Event participation is entirely optional and based on the member’s interest and availability. 

III. Non-attendance at events does not constitute grounds for any refund or fee adjustment. 

2. Non-Refundable Policy 

All membership fees are strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of: 

I. The number of events attended or missed 

II. Personal, professional, or financial circumstances 

III. Voluntary withdrawal from the community 

3. Relocation Clause 

I. In the event of a member’s relocation or change in residence, during the tenure of membership year the membership fee shall remain non-refundable. 

II.Membership access and validity shall continue for the original membership period, irrespective of location. 

4. Policy Acceptance & Governance 

I. Payment of the membership fee signifies the member’s full understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

II. StartupVapi Community reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy in alignment with its sustainability objectives.
